i - A SIMPLE FORMAT :

- Only one formula, optimized according to our experience, freeing you of any technical matters and simplifying the integration of the immergences - interactive 3D pictures - to your projects.
- A standard format : our software Immergence Player displays standard interactive 3D pictures using the Flash format (.swf - Adobe).
- Easy to install : each interactive 3D picture is placed in a specific folder and installed in a html page (named YourProductindex.html). You just have to link this page to your product card (it is better to use a pop-up link - see our examples down page ).

II - ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS :

- Dimensions : the product must contain in a box of 50x50x50 cm.
- The product must stay simply in place during the pose. If not, you must provide an adapted stand.
- The product must be flawless.
Image editing is not included in this offer and is not worth according to the number of stills per interactive 3D picture. (48).
- The product may be exempt of special difficulties in term of photography.
Are not eligible :
- The products with to much reflects. (mirors, chrome...).
- The products with significant transparancies (glass, bottle...).
- The white products are not recommanded, white on white is not very happy. Please ask us before.

- EXAMPLES OF ELEGIBLE PRODUCTS :
Figurines, statuettes, toys, models, plushies, shoes, hats (on a mannequin head), rigid bags, cameras, electronics, sound units, small appliances, wood products, smoking pipes, packaging - boxes, helmets, gloves, tools etc...

III - CONDITIONS :

- You send us your products with your payment.

- The products must be sent "ready for shooting " : they must be assembled, with all accessories and parts in due place, firmly fixed ; stickers you don't want to appear must be withdrawed ; laces, cables, suspenders, straps of any kind must be laced or rolled according to your wishes. The flexible products must be provided with an adapted rigid form or a shoe tree...
- You must join a label to the product with the exact name or reference you want for the interactive 3D picture (only standard characters ; be carefull to the case - uppercase, lowercase - if it is important to you).

IV - SHIPMENT :

- Sending : you must send us your products via TNT, UPS (or any other company) using an online account.

- Return : once made we put online the interactive 3D pictures for validation. Then you may ask your haulier to pick up your products.

V - SPECIAL TERMS :

- Insurance : In agreement with our clients, as we cannot estimate the value of the sended products and material, the company Immergence Images 3D cannot assume any responsability in case of loosing, breaking, stealing or any other damages wich could happen to these products during the shipment or in our studio. Therefore, our clients must take all the insurances to protect the values of these objects and material.

- Licence : The indicated price include the rights to use the images and interactive 3D pictures in the client's website and for any communication, advertising and promotion campaign through its distribution network. The interactive 3D pictures must be displayed with the credit "3D pictures : www.immergence.com" with a hyperlink to our website.

Immergence Player is an Immergence® exclusive software. It can be used and displayed only with the 3D pictures of its own studio. None cession, nor distribution, of the software and of the rights can be done without the authorization of Immergence Image 3D company.
The decompilation of the software is forbiden.
Immergence Player is fitted with a logger communicating at less with one website administred by Immergence® or by its developer Jean-Michel Dbjay.
